DataMondial, (to be referred to as DM) in Rotterdam at all times ensures the privacy rights of those whose data they process. DM therefore treats collected personal data confidentially and in all cases complies with the requirements of current privacy legislation.

Personal data

DM may process personal data on the basis of required legal bases, which are a vital interest, a general interest or a legitimate interest. DM informs the person concerned about this.

If the personal data is not obtained directly through the data subject, DM informs the data subject of the source where the personal data comes from.

Purposes

In order to be able to carry out its work, it is necessary for DM to process personal data. In this way she can offer and deliver her services and products in the right way. DM processes personal data with regard to, among other things, the sale of its products, sending newsletters, answering questions / customer contact and informing about new developments. As well as being able to invoice for services provided. DM will only use the personal data for the purpose for which it was provided.

Retention period

DM will not store the provided personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Rights involved

The person whose personal data are being processed has the right – subject to legal grounds for exception – to request DM to inspect and / or rectify and / or delete the personal data and / or limit the processing in question.

The data subject also has the right to object to the processing and the controller must transfer the data of the data subject – at his or her request. The controller will respond to each of the aforementioned requests within one month, unless, for example due to complexity, this cannot be required within the aforementioned period.

If the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, then the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent at any time.

A request for correction, dilation or withdrawal of the consent for processing must be submitted in writing, by e-mail or by post. When processing the request, DM will ask for proof of identity to establish the identity of the person concerned. For valid requests, DM will respond to this no later than within 4 weeks.

The data subject has the right to submit a complaint to the relevant supervisory body at any time, namely the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Exchange data with others

DM never provides personal data to third parties, unless this is necessary for the performance of an agreement, if it is required to do so by law, if it has a legitimate or general interest to do so, or if it has received express permission for this.

Cookies and web analytics

DM uses cookies when offering electronic services. A cookie is a simple small file that is sent along with pages from this website and is stored by your browser on the hard drive of your computer. DM uses cookies to remember users’ settings and preferences, so that it is possible to keep track of which pages are visited and thus to build a profile of online behavior. The cookies can be turned off via the browser.

DM offers a newsletter to interested parties. This newsletter informs interested parties about news regarding the services offered and others related matters.
