DataMondial, (to be referred to as DM) in Rotterdam at all times ensures the privacy rights of those whose data they process. DM therefore treats collected personal data confidentially and in all cases complies with the requirements of current privacy legislation.
DM may process personal data on the basis of required legal bases, which are a vital interest, a general interest or a legitimate interest. DM informs the person concerned about this.
If the personal data is not obtained directly through the data subject, DM informs the data subject of the source where the personal data comes from.
In order to be able to carry out its work, it is necessary for DM to process personal data. In this way she can offer and deliver her services and products in the right way. DM processes personal data with regard to, among other things, the sale of its products, sending newsletters, answering questions / customer contact and informing about new developments. As well as being able to invoice for services provided. DM will only use the personal data for the purpose for which it was provided.

The data subject has the right to submit a complaint to the relevant supervisory body at any time, namely the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
DM never provides personal data to third parties, unless this is necessary for the performance of an agreement, if it is required to do so by law, if it has a legitimate or general interest to do so, or if it has received express permission for this.
DM uses Google Analytics. This program provides important statistics about the number of visitors, the pages visited and other essential information with which DM can constantly improve the website for its visitors. These statistics are anonymous and cannot be traced to a specific person or user.
DM offers a newsletter to interested parties. This newsletter informs interested parties about news regarding the services offered and others related matters. The newsletter is only provided if the interested party has given explicit permission for this. The interested party must, if desired, provide his or her e-mail address, after which the newsletter will be sent. Every newsletter contains a link that the interested person can use to unsubscribe. The newsletter subscriber file is not provided to third parties.
